I've been reading and wracking my brain over my next post. Then I received this via email and my problem was solved.
I'm betting both bride and groom are Sages [see here if you haven't read the Sage post]:
Oh, how I envy the Sages! Maybe I'll take that route again next time.
As a sage, I say sages are overrated. But that's natural, because sages like to say how wonderful they are!
ReplyDeleteYes, I can break into dance and song at a moment's notice and love acting childlike in front of a group to get a laugh.
The other side of the sage is the expression of the underside, what other people may want to repress. The sage can end up being a scapegoat as they're the one expressing what others think of as "bad". There's the downside of being visible - and having everything inside be somewhat visible too.
hey, Matthew--
ReplyDeleteyeah, I don't believe ALL the hype.
still, the one sage I know that I know sure seems to be having a great time. acourse, the fact that she's 7th mature may have something to do with that, too. she's smugly certain that emotions and relationships are WHY WE'RE HERE!!!
being a stick-in-the-mud scholar is getting kind of old. but then, so is being on the planet.
I guess I must like being a scholar -- I've done it 3 times. and sage only once. still ---
